Our Detox Weekends give you the opportunity to revitalise through a variety of approaches – a detox programme, Pilates, meditation, spa treatments, thermal baths, nutritional advice, complimented by delicious organic cuisine to keep you well fuelled. The objective being that you will come away feeling zen-like, as well as invigorated with new found energy. During a weekend, we draw attention to how you can return to your daily life feeling empowered by what you’ve learnt and with minimum effort, put in to practise all you have gleaned.
